Only $95 a year

An annual subscription invoiced in July each year (for 2024/2025 $95.00) gives you

  • A listing on our Website connected to a Search Function available to the Public;
  • Access to notary precedents and templates;
  • Access to Articles on Notary Practice;
  • Access to the Society Constitution.
Please Note that:
  1. All Applications for membership must be approved by the council
  2. It is the policy of the Society that all members have an impressed seal (not a rubber stamp) which details:
    • The Notary's full name
    • the words "Public Notary" or "Notary Public"
    • the name of the town or state where the Notary practices
  3. Please download an application form for membership, sign it and impress your seal on it and post a completed application to:
